How do I track my package?
You can check the status of your order at any time by going to the following link: Order Status. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions anytime.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 days for United States, within 10 to 14 days for Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. Other countries can take 15 to 25 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status. We're happy to help.
Can I get a refund?
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. Returned merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and include original care tags intact. Booty by Brabants reserves the right to refuse returns that do not match above criteria.
Only one prepaid return label will be issued per online order. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for returns from in-store purchases. All International return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take?
Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges are not part of our return policy. Accepted returns will be issued a full refund to the original source of payment.
If you return more than $7,500 in a 12-month period, you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to our modified policy.
